The ladies’ class here at Church of Christ/North is made up of a dynamic, dedicated, group of approximately 20 members who begin their activities in September and end in May. Almost all of our projects depend heavily upon the support of our whole congregation.

Some of our more strenuous endeavors are our annual rummage sale, sponsoring our December holiday party, preparing Christmas baskets for the needy, making cookies for our shut-ins, and organizing the annual ladies retreat.

Other things we do are maintaining the visitor center on Sunday morning, sending cards to the sick and absentees, volunteer work in Lifepath Hospice of Louisiana, visiting hospitals and nursing homes, and maintaining the kitchens and the Praise House.

Some of our “fun” things are our birthday luncheons, Valentine craft exchange, and special trips to places of interest.
